1. About Samaán

Samaán Baggē LLC (“Samaán,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a travel goods brand headquartered in the state of Maryland. We design timeless, functional travel essentials that honor the stories of travelers around the world.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Samaán. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized activity.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if violations occur.

Guest checkout is also available.

3. Product Information & Availability

We work hard to ensure product descriptions and photography are accurate.

However:

  • Colors and finishes may vary slightly.
  • Pricing and availability may change without notice.
  • Samaán reserves the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
  • Beta or pre-order products may undergo design refinements prior to final delivery.

4. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
  • Taxes and shipping are calculated during checkout.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
  • Pre-orders and beta purchases are charged at the time of order placement.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to the U.S. only (excluding U.S. territories and Puerto Rico).
  • Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.
  • Once your order is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you.
  • Samaán is not responsible for delays outside our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within forty-five (45) days of receipt for unused items in original condition.
  • Items must include all original packaging and tags.
  • Prepaid return labels may be provided and deducted from refunds.
  • Refunds are issued within ten (10) business days after inspection.
  • Returns showing signs of use may be refused or partially credited.
  • Exchanges permitted for the same product SKU in a different color, subject to availability and shipping costs.

7. Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products.

  • Samaán travel luggage and accessories are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Not covered: normal wear and tear, misuse, airline damage, accidents, or modifications.
  • Eligible claims will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.
  • To file a claim, email hello@samaantravel.com with proof of purchase and photos.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product names (e.g., “Samaán,” “VāyuCubes”), logos, designs, images, text, and videos — is the exclusive property of Samaán Baggē LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
  • Interfere with site security or functionality.
  • Resell products without authorization.
  • Scrape, hack, or attempt to extract data.

Violations may result in account termination or legal action.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • Samaán disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost luggage contents or missed travel.
  • In no event will our liability exceed the purchase price of the product.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
  • Disputes should first be attempted to resolve informally by emailing hello@samaantravel.com.
  • If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Maryland, unless otherwise required by law.
  • You agree to waive class actions and proceed individually.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

By using our site, you consent to our data practices.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
