Samaán Shipping Policy

Every Samaán piece is crafted with intention and handled with care from our manufacturer to your doorstep. Our shipping standards are designed to reflect the same level of excellence we pour into our products.

Processing Your Order

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

  • During high-volume periods — such as launches, restocks, or holiday seasons — processing may take 3–5 business days.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Please note: Processing time is separate from transit time. Total delivery = processing + shipping.

Domestic U.S. Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated arrival within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated arrival within 1–3 business days.

Additional transit time may apply for PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or remote addresses.

Domestic U.S. Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following standard shipping rates for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: $10 for eligible packages weighing up to 5 lbs.

  • Heavier Packages: $15 for packages weighing over 5 lbs, including most 

    VāyuCube 4-pack Bundles.

Shipping rates are calculated and confirmed at checkout based on the items in the order.

Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery estimates are separate from order processing times and may vary due to carrier delays, peak shipping periods, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the North American region (i.e., United States). However, we intend to ship worldwide at a future date to be determined, so your story can travel without borders.
