Every Samaán piece is crafted with intention and handled with care from our manufacturer to your doorstep. Our shipping standards are designed to reflect the same level of excellence we pour into our products.
Processing Your Order
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).
- During high-volume periods — such as launches, restocks, or holiday seasons — processing may take 3–5 business days.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
Please note: Processing time is separate from transit time. Total delivery = processing + shipping.
Domestic U.S. Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Estimated arrival within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated arrival within 1–3 business days.
Additional transit time may apply for PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or remote addresses.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the North American region (i.e., United States). However, we intend to ship worldwide at a future date to be determined, so your story can travel without borders.
