You have forty-five (45) days from delivery to return or exchange eligible items. After that, all sales are final (except for warranty claims).

Items must be unused and in like-new condition. Returns that show signs of use may be denied or partially refunded.

Visit our Returns Portal within your profile to submit your request. You’ll receive a prepaid return label by email (return shipping is deducted from your refund unless the return is our error).

At this time we're only offering exchanges for the same product, based on availability. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll ship your replacement.

If you’d like a different product, return your original item and choose store credit instead of a refund. Use the credit toward a new purchase on www.samaantravel.com.

Personalized items (as applicable) and any products marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Final Sale items may change from time to time and will always be clearly labeled.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within ten (10) days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund it at no cost.

All Samaán products include a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. We’ll repair or replace qualifying items free of charge.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also check anytime using our Track Your Order portal.

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed once placed. Contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.
